Stay away from these guys. They are not actually a florist, but a 3rd party "middle man." Likely they will tell you they can't send the exact arrangement, but will send something just as beautiful by "designer's choice."

This is an online ordering ( third party) company only. They take your order and try to find a florist to fill it for a fraction of the cost. Florist have quit taking their orders! If they can’t find anyone to fill your order, they will NOT refund your total amount charged. Do yourself a favor and use a real local florist with a store front! Cut out the middle man!

I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered flowers for a friend that had surgery and they left them on her front door step, after dark, in the below freezing weather. They never tried to call me or my friend. I did request if no one answered the door to leave them but come on, in freezing weather? Needless to say, the flowers froze and they were horrible. I'll never use this florist again and would suggest others stay away. One simple phone call could have avoided this!

I looked into this, and your payment was voided (no charge). Should you have any concerns about the payment, please contact your respective credit card company/bank. Rest assured that the order was entirely canceled on our end.

I did not know what this email meant. I had not received any phone calls. So I called Terrys Florist to find out what this email meant. The lady I spoke to said they didn't have flowers to make the floral arrangement, which meant the flowers were not delivered.
I had ordered a floral arrangement from them to be delivered to the funeral home on February 8th, 2022, before 4 pm. I placed the order the day before. The total was $176.48.
I do not know how a company can do business like this. I am furious. My order was not delivered yesterday to the funeral home. It needed to be there before 4 pm for the viewing and rosary. No one contacted me; I received this email after the funeral service; it was at 10 am today.
They do not even deserve to receive 1 star—an unfortunate way to do business.

Stay Away from Terrys Florist
I ordered an arrangement for a friends birthday and what arrived was ugly and did-not resemble was I had ordered. Terrys claim they had the right to substitute and said they would credit back over $24. The credit was never issued and Terrys failed to return my call so, I turned the matter over to my credit card company... Mark on Balmoral in Chicago.
