Third time using the online letting agents and it’s always been an excellent service, great value and helpful, knowledgeable staff

I have instructed TOLA on several occasions over the years and have found their service to be flawless on every occasion. Eleanor and her team are excellent. Magda oversaw the administration of the latest instruction. The service received was second to none. Throughout the process Magda was available to discuss, explain and reassure certain questions, queries and concerns posed to the her. All communication was clear, prompt, professional and friendly. Once again, I cannot recommend The Online Letting Agents enough.

I’ve just returned to the online letting agents for a second time. They’re super helpful and very quick to respond - they make letting out a property very smooth and I wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

TOLA are brilliant. Their communication is great, they are hugely efficient and getting things moving, they are supportive, patient, knowledgeable. I do not understand why any landlord would pay high street agent fees when TOLA are so competitively priced and in my experience (landlord for 21 years), they are the best agent I have used. Special name check for Magda and Eleanor this time round!

The Online Letting Company are fantastic!.. actual humans to speak to on an actual phone... a rare experience these days. After a VERY painful experience with Open Rent I could not move my business over the them quickly enough.

We dealt with Magda while organising a new tenancy. We were kept fully informed at every stage and we were very impressed with the speed and efficiency of the whole process; from carrying out credit checks and referencing, to the tenancy agreement.
