Easy to amend orders, and to order something different.
Always leaves items in a sensible place.

My milk delivery and garden compost were delivered carefully, not easy at 4 oclock in morning in the dark. Have ordered a few extra items frequently on day before my delivery date and always arrive safely.

Absolutely Brilliant and very reliable service . So easy to add or subtract to your regular order throughout the week . I am 90 in two months time and if I can do it , so can you . Give it a try , you won’t be disappointed .

Today (28 August 2026) Milk and More delivered 45 pints of milk to me - 41 more than the 4 I normally receive.
They claim “it was my hand that did it” - it wasn’t.
I have checked through every alteration in deliveries and not once did I order an additional 41 pints of milk.
Are these people or systems utterly stupid? Would a message to say “you’ve ordered 41 extra pints of milk” (I hadn’t, so I didn’t know about it) have been out of the remit?
Anyway, no refund offered, won’t collect the 41 wasted bottles of milk.
Account cancelled.
Do NOT recommended - they pretend tech glitches are consumer faults.

I particularly like how easy it is to chop and change our regular orders on-line if necessary.

Regular deliveries on the doorstep before breakfast. Bread, butter, yoghurt as well as milk. Fabulous

I have been a customer for many years and the service is very reliable USUALLY. However, when it goes wrong it is a nightmare to contact Milk & More.
The telephone number takes you to a non UK Call Centre , which is less than satisfactory.
What we need is an email address that we can use.

Love having my milk delivered, saves the wander around the supermarket!
Never any problem adding to an order at the last moment! Would highly recommend!

3:50am and is speeding round like a lunatic! In a residential street that is a dead end doing around 40mph. Sat in my car and it was enough to make it shake. We had our cat killed at this time and now I understand who is likely to have done it. Careless and reckless, do not support this company.

Excellent service from the M&M team. Milk is always delivered early in the morning and any changes I make to the order are always correctly followed.

Great. It would be five stars but. I have asked for the two bottle cooler on the doorstep to simply be pushed behind the pot plant out of the sun. Not always done and warm milk on these hot days is not a good start. Would recommend to anyone

Any issues are dealt with promptly, and adjusting orders easy. The only problem I have is with the range of items being quite restrictive, and then upmarket, pricier products. Breakfast cereals for instance, 2 artisan pricey ones, and only 1 branded - not even any cornflakes. Pastries again are Artisan and frankly not good enough for the price. And no bacon? Really??

Always wake up and the milk is there. Love you can have glass bottles. Also being able to order other things is so helpful.

Milk and More used to be good then our delivery man changes and it’s fallen off a cliff. First they stopped delivering to our doorstep and took ages to get them to actually put it on the doorstep. Then they put it on a ledge and it sometimes fell off requiring us to clean up. Then in the heat they’re delivering it at 1 am so it’s gone off in a few days and now they are delivering it to the wrong house. There seems little to no communication between head office and the delivery man and I am not going to wait up until the early hours of the morning to try and speak to him. So I have just cancelled my account.

I have never missed any deliveries in all the years I have been with Milk and More. They are very reliable, and I would not change them at all.
