Brilliant
Brilliant. After 10 years we had a leak develop on the sink waste - they replaced both the main and side waste for not much more than cost of postage. A quick change over and the sink is good for the next 10 years.

I had delivery from Neptune by Andre and Tomas. I have to say they were so professional, polite, phoned me a couple of times prior to arrival for directions and to advise they were in their way. I live remotely and often have issues with deliveries, usually the companies can’t be bothered to find me and either deliver to wrong address or not even bother. These two guys were so obliging and a pleasure to deal with. Five stars from me. Thank you both and Neptune who were also a great company to deal with.

I had completely forgotten about my delivery as I was walking my dog, fortunately I was home when Alfi knocked my door. An utterly charming and friendly young man. The table was duly unwrapped and assembled by the Alfi and Josh two very polite well mannered guys. Thank you Neptune.

Wonderful service at every touch point, whether it was instore, online, on the phone and delivery. When I had a problem with my table they were so fast about sorting it out and replaced it swiftly with a new one within days.

Excellent service from start to finish. Thank you Amber for the design and attention to detail which was superb. Nothing was too much trouble - replies to queries were swiftly dealt with and and any changes were accommodated many times. Site visits were extremely helpful to discuss progression of the project. All involved were very professional as was Toby who worked tirelessly to install and finish my beautiful kitchen.

Lee and Tom delivered and assembled the…
Lee and Tom delivered and assembled the large Chichester triple wardrobe. They both were very professional and deserve a special mention.
Peter was very helpful from the Customer Service Dept to ensure everything went smoothly prior to delivery and after.
The wardrobe is very good quality and looks great in situ.
We have been Neptune customers for many years and always very pleased with our purchases and after sales support.

Little communication about when the parcel was to be delivered . It takes too long to get purchases out. I was informed the my pai to g was coming at 7.10 on the morning it was coming . Not enough info and too long. Others do a lot better

Perfect delivery!
Had a great experience both purchasing and having a cabinet delivered.
In store, staff were incredibly helpful talking us through options and working out the size of the components as delivered (to make sure they'd fit!)
During delivery Alfi and Josh were incredibly professional, were careful and considerate in bringing in the components and were fast and efficient in building the cabinet!
