Your instructions to use the Iso Guard…
Your instructions to use the Iso Guard product are unreadable on the packaging and on the outer of the box. The design team clearly never printed the packaging out to view readability. Design has a funtion this has clearly been designed for form. The fact that it’s the smallest piece of type on the bottle and box are functionally inept.

We highly recommend the team at Neptune Bury St Edmunds. We had our initial design consultation with Lara in the Bury St Edmund's showroom in March 2025 and our kitchen was fitted in February/March 2026 - the timing was due to the ongoing full renovation of our property. The Neptune team consulted with and worked alongside our contractors to smooth through the logistics of the project management. Throughout the whole process, nothing was too much trouble for Lara from the initial walk around the beautiful Bury showroom, examining details of the kitchens on display and listing our preferences. At all times, there was no pressure on us to place our order or rush a decision and we were allowed to progress at our own pace rather than Neptune's. Lara was consistently available to answer queries either face to face or by phone or email - we felt that we were in professional and capable hands from start to finish. The team at Neptune were clearly dedicated to giving us the best possible customer experience and achieving the realisation of our aspirations and vision for our new kitchen. The Neptune team put customer satisfaction at the top of their list of priorities and go the extra mile to rectify any issues quickly and efficiently. Needless to say, we absolutely LOVE our new kitchen and the appliances purchased on our behalf and installed by Neptune. A special thanks to the dedicated team involved - Lara for her first class design services, Bethan for her support and customer liaison, James for the installation management, Mitch for his unbelievable hand painted finish. We consider our gorgeous Neptune kitchen to be the focal point of our home's renovation.

Five stars above for the delivery…
Five stars above for the delivery service provided by Andre and Liam. We received a phone call in advance of their arrival and an explanation was given as to why only half of the floor lamp was dispatched. Beyond this they carefully delivered: Shoreditch settee, four dining chairs, Audley armchair, coffee table and two footstools. They were mindful of not marking paintwork and other furniture. The settee was assembled promptly by Andre. Both were courteous and a pleasure to talk to. Andre ensured we were content with delivery before leaving. Thank you to both for an excellent service.
