Really poor customer service
Really poor customer service, items arriving late due to people in warehouse being sick apparently, I’m now moving and my items are being delivered to my old address, asked to contact courier to provide new address and they didn’t bother, they always seem passive aggressive second time I’ve had issues

I have long been a fan of Neptune…
I have long been a fan of Neptune goods. However, I felt considering I was having to pay for delivery it was relatively slow in comparison to other companies I use, and who do not charge for delivery.
The Rose, Ella glasses were a little disappointing in that they were more opaque than those I had bought previously which I wanted to match up to. Of course there might be slight variations but at the cost I would have expected a greater uniformity.

We would like to say a huge thank you to Debbie and the rest of the design team at Neptune Colchester for helping our living room design come to life. We are simply blown away by the end result and couldn’t have got the same result without their expertise. It has definitely been the icing on the cake after a long building extension project.
We would highly recommend the design service for anyone who, like we did, feels overwhelmed and would appreciate some gentle direction and creative input. It has made the whole process a pleasure from start to finish.
We had made some poor choices in the past but this we feel has saved us wasting time and money on purchasing furniture that was potentially the wrong fit or wouldn’t last. Thanks again.
