Kieran and Jason delivers today and we're most helpful. Fast and efficient they had the unit in place quickly and unobtrusively.

Came for our initial consultation with Michelle on 27/9/26. Store was excellent with very well laid out show rooms, which the website doesn’t do justice to. Store was immaculate with a much better range of “stuff” than we were expecting. All the staff were lovely and welcoming, and Michelle was excellent with great ideas and really knew what she was talking about. Whole experience excellent.

We always receive a genuine welcome at Neptune Edgbaston and offered a welcome drink. It is our favourite Neptune store which is set on three levels and is arranged like a beautiful home. The staff are very friendly (we were served by Mo and Mary) and are always available and willing to help if needed for advice and assistance.
Can’t wait to visit again soon !

Very pleased with my purchase of the striped Saffron Tea Towels, I would however say they could have been packed in a jiffy bag rather than the large box they came in.

Great Neptune delivery. Everything arrived in excellent condition. Very respectful, courteous and helpful. Offered advice on how to adjust the desk legs and assembled the large foot stool. Thank you to Martin and Lee.

The quality of the product is exceptional- the pattern understated but very beautiful. Lovely fabric - good weight.
Neptune are a great company to buy goods from- website is easy to navigate and not at all clunky, goods arrive quickly and are well packaged meaning they arrive in perfect condition.

Really happy with these lovely cotton tea towels. They wash very well. The colour for both colour way is slightly faded, which I love. As always, excellent product from Neptune.

My friend and I had an excellent experience at Neptune in Chiswick because of the efforts made by Shilah. She is a total gem!

Alfi and Josh delivered and installed a wardrobe for us today.
They were on time, quick, tidy and efficient, despite a few issues they encountered due to our remote location.
It’s the second time Alfi has made a delivery to us and I can highly recommend them both. The wardrobe look great too. Thank you!

This is truly lovely but it doesn’t go with my colour scheme. Soft fabric and the colour is more pinkish in colour. Bought it on line and the colour did look like it would match, unfortunately no. So I will have to return. I should have popped into a store to see it first.

About 6 months ago we moved to a new build.
So once again we decided to return to Neptunes to furnish our new house as we wanted quality furniture and advice .
We've grown to love the service that Neptunes supplies.
So once again of we went to The Colchester Store for advice on furnishing as I didn't have a clue and my Mrs needed some ideas and help.
After many visits (which included taking photos and plans etc ) and chats with the crew we were given several ideas to peruse.
As time passed the staff seemed to spend endless time helping us.
With each visit to the store we were confronted with helpful, conscientious and most of all friendly professional staff ( also a cup of coffee😄 ) .
Our furniture was kept on hold so that everything was delivered on the same day.
On delivery day staff were on site helping to arrange everything and liaising with the delivery driver's ensuring everything went smoothly.
Our rooms are now beautifully fully furnished . We had a couple of small niggles but these have been professionally sorted by Colchester .
Our special thanks must go to Debbie , Mandie , Sarah and Charlene for there excellent personal professional customer service . Although I must add all the other staff are pleasent .
All staff are a credit to The Neptunes Brand.
Also thanks to the 2 delivery men of the 22/09/26 the names of which I have sadly forgot.
Me and especially my wife have once again caught

My parcel was supposed to arrive on Wednesday but it is now Thursday evening and all I have been notified the delivery driver was unable to deliver yesterday and again today. I know that DPD are the delivery couriers and not Neptune but it is Neptune who choose DPD to deliver their products.

Alfi & Josh, very professional in the way they carried out the change over of our three seater sofa. They took care to ensure the change over went smoothly and no damage was cause to my home or the furniture. Both were polite and explain what they were going to do.

All neptune goods are amazing will be gaving them do are Kitchen soon.

Just taken delivery of the new Eliot Office desk. Lovely design and excellent quality. Andre and Tomas arrived when they said they would, set the desk up quickly and walked me through the desk’s features. Excellent service all round .

I was telephoned by Andre & Tomas to inform me they where20mins away with my delivery from Neptune, very polite & courteous nothing was too much trouble.
