Excellent product, delivered on time

My order took 6 days to arrive which held me up with my decorating. I purchased Neptune Isoguard in seasoned oak.
The tins were tiny but they did say it goes a long way. I cleaned my doors and applied sparingly when dry as recommended. Unfortunately for me this dried very quickly and it was really hard to rub off as instructed - it was a mess. One door took me all day to get right after applying this product. Not an easy product to use in my opinion. I gave up and purchased OSMO polyx which was much easier / a great finish and arrived next day after ordered online.

Wonderful space full of inspiration and calm. Very helpful staff and offered drinks and refreshments on this particular day. Signing up for their newsletter is highly recommended. My sister recommends the quality of the paint too. Thank you so much.

Neptune informed me several days after purchase who would be delivering my order. After that the courier got in touch to give me approximate time of delivery. Arrived in excellent condition and thrilled with the rug.

The box, packaging and cost of postage was absolutely excessive for an expensive bottle of table soap. The soap hasn’t enhanced the table at all. I am very disappointed.

We recently completed a renovation and extension project and we chose Neptune to design our kitchen as well as several other rooms. Neptune was one of the best decisions we made during the project!
From our initial meeting, Stella the kitchen designer, was fantastic. She took the time to understand how we wanted our kitchen to look and how we wanted it to work as the heart of our family home. She came up with many ideas that we would never even have thought of and she guided us through every decision, however small with patience and professionalism.
When it came to the kitchen fitting, William was outstanding. His workmanship and attention to detail were excellent. He took great pride ensuring that the fitting was finished to the highest standard.
Maisie, the interior designer did an amazing job of designing several of our other rooms. She completely understood what we wanted to achieve and her eye for detail and creativity made such a difference to our home.
We are absolutely thrilled with the final result. The whole team at Neptune Belfast were amazing and made what should have been a very daunting part of such a large project feel enjoyable and calm. We would have no hesitation in recommending Neptune Belfast to anyone looking to improve their home.

Great customer service from order to delivery

Lee & Craig contracted us to advise when they would deliver. Both very friendly.

I waited a long time until the Saddle paint sample was back in stock, because it looked to be exactly what I wanted. When it arrived, the image looked a lot darker on the pot although still called Saddle. On the wall it was completely different than expected, instead of a tan brown it was a VERY dark chocolate brown. I left a very fair review of it and included a picture but Neptune haven’t approved it. The reviews are clearly being screened and only good ones allowed on the website. It makes me doubt the quality and reviews of their other items.

I only gave 1 star so I could leave a review, truthfully in this instance they don't deserve any stars. In April I visited the York store. I saw a picture in the Norfolk series which I completely fell in love with but when I tried to order it was sold out. The store said if I was prepared to wait (a long time) I could purchase the one in the store. All my relevant details were entered into a notebook. 2 weeks later I rang back (I had my doubts then) just to check they had everything they needed to contact me and was assured they did. Having patiently waited I rang the store a few days ago to be told the picture had gone, my details were crossed out of the book and a voicemail had been left on my phone. I never received any call, message or voicemail and on checking my calls list, missed calls etc there is no trace of the store number or any other number I can't account for. I can only conclude no call was made and the picture was sold to a preferred buyer. Shabby behaviour Neptune.

Honest helpful guys, delivered on time.

Mihai and Ninel delivered our new standalone kitchen island with such care and attention to detail.
They carefully selected the best route into the house for safety to the furniture and the previous marble top. Due to ongoing kitchen works we all decided it was best to not erect the new unit. Instead Mihai carefully explained how I can easily put it together paying attention to the careful installation of the marble top. Mihai was brilliant and thorough. I am vey grateful to him and Ninel for their care and attention. Very professional team. Thank you.
