Excellent post order service
Was ordering new air fryer to replace one that had been recalled.
Internet coughed whilst ordering and reset the colour of the appliance from white to Latte(that was the default), didn't notice till I'd placed the order.
Went straight to the Tower website to try to change it but received a mail back saying the request might not be reviewed for 3 days, so I thought ok I'll have to return it. Then 30 minutes later got a note from Ezmie at Tower to say they we're trying to intercept the order before despatch and would let me know.
9.30 following day, follow up from Ezmie to say she'd changed the order and all's now as it should be.
Excellent work Ezmie, well done.

Product exchanges
I ordered a 6.5 lt cavalettoo slow cooker from tower but when it arrived I realised it was far too big for us. This was the first slow cooker we have had so I wasn’t really sure which one to purchase. I contacted customer service and Sarah was very helpful in providing a pre-paid return label, so I was able to exchange the huge slow cooker for a more suitable sized one. Excellent service !!

Buyer beware of this company
Buyer beware. I mistakenly ordered some black kitchen cannisters but I actually wanted blue. No exchange possible as I wanted to exchange past a 14 day deadline? I did explain i was away whe. The canisters were delivered but the answer was no.
No difference to their bottom line just an arbitrary rule that results in.poor customer understanding. I will never buy from them again via mail order and I strongly advise others to heed this warning.

How a business should support its products and customers.
Would definitely recommend Tower and buy from them again. Registering the extended warranty has been worth it, but the process making a claim was seamless despite my model no longer being in production and an exact like-for-like not being available. Elle was great, really helpful throughout, and offered me a choice to make up for not being able to offer an exact match.

Enquiry on kitchen scale
I had an enquiry re one of their products and received a very prompt, full and helpful response from customer enquiries. Makes such a difference in today’s world where everyone is too busy to reply unless a sale is to be had. If moving forward to purchase any kitchen items would definitely consider the Tower brand first before looking elsewhere based on this response.
