Thieves. Invented and bloated billing. No consultation before jobs , no breakdown of expenses on jobs, no proof some were even done. Should be shut and mgt jailed!

I have been working with Urang Property Management Limited and their Associate Property Manager Beatrice Van Der Merwe conducting their Fire Risk Assessments over the last year.
I can confirm that they are a very professional company and Beatrice is very keen to ensure that their properties are safe and compliant with current Fire Safety Regulations.
Customers should confident that Urang Property Management Limited will provide an excellent service for them.

We have a very negative experience of Urang. One has to continually chase them for replies and they employ poorly trained staff in South Africa.

They try to hide fee increases by including them in the budget which is highly untransparant. If the service of such value, why do they not highlight the percentage increase?

They also use the budget to agree fees for services they provide without itemising the expenditure. For example, they will put amounts under "maintenance" which will look like an allocation for potential maintenance work but it will actually be a committed expense for additional services. Again highly untransparant.

Beatrice and the team have been great to deal with - always highly responsive and professional. After a number of issues with previous managing agents, we are very happy to have moved to Urang. Very pleased with the great service.

Urang has been very good in terms of managing our flats and we continue to have a good working relationship. Beatrice who is my point of contact is always available and gets any issues sorted quickly and professionally.

The external refurbishment of our Victorian terraced townhouse was completed on schedule to a good standard. The team of contractors were polite and thorough in their work. James Magenis and Adam Music managed project very efficiently, responding to our questions in a timely and friendly manner.

I am a property owner at Chelsea Bridge Wharf and we have recently appointed Urang via RTM. It has been a few months and Urang have been fantastic. There has been a noticeable shift in the day to day management of the estate and the staff are exceptionally helpful.

We’ve worked with Urang Property management across several of their sites and it’s always been a smooth, professional experience. Their team is organised, responsive and a pleasure to deal with, everything from instruction to completion runs efficiently.

The team did a great job decorating the outside of our terraced townhouse; James Magenis and Adam Music were both very friendly and worked very professionally on the project.

Urang are the property managers for my apartment building. Today they sent out contractors to carry out an ESW1 inspection which they informed us about the week before. However, without telling me or seeking my permission the contractors have drilled a large hole into the exterior wall of the bedroom causing significant damage to the exterior of my property. The contractors say they will fix it when they come back tomorrow. However, Urang failed to inform leaseholders that they would need to do any drilling and did not get explicit permission from the leaseholders whose properties are affected. I now can’t get hold of anyone from Urang about this. Absolutely terrible customer service and as the property owner I’m aghast and shocked they’ve done this to my apartment. Not the first time I’ve had issues. Very disappointing. I simply cannot recommend Urang for this reason.

We have had Urang as our management agent for many years. The moment they took over from the previous agents, the improvements across the board were so noticeable. So many issues associated with Tradewinds were immediately addressed and Urang continued over the years to improve every aspect of maintenance and upgrade right through to a few years ago organising a grant for cladding work in the Tower Block. The level of communication from Urang to the leaseholders/tenants has always been first class and the work they have done has, without doubt, made Tradewinds a much better place to live. They come highly recommended to any leaseholders who may be considering a change of management.

I've been working with Reline and the rest of the team for some time now, and I've found them all to be extremely efficient, amiable and professional.

Roaan has recently adopted our services at The Old Flour Mill and working with him has been very efficient and delightful working with him.

Isabel at Urang is very responsive and does a great job for us. Of course she often has to rely on other people to help get actual tasks accomplished but she keeps track of outstanding tasks and inspires me with confidence that once I have raised an issue it will not be forgotten.
