Good service
Good service
Delivery was prompt, believe this was older model, which is what I sought, having already 2 in use at various locations and unsure of performance of newer versions.
It does exactly what I desire of it, until a provable improved version arrives, it has the ability to protect items I'd rather not suffer from moisture in colder months economically.

This is the 2nd Meaco Arete One 12L Dehumidifier.
This is the 2nd Meaco Arete One 12L Dehumidifier I've purchased, I'm so impressed with its high quality unit, its definitely a premium product. Ultra quiet operation, built to last with a 5 year parts & labour guarantee. They say you get what you pay for, this might be alot more in terms of purchase cost but 100% worth it in this case. Saying that i got this at a great price of £159 90, RRP Is £180. Arete One 12L comes complete with a Hepa filter for use in the spring/summer months when using the Air Purification mode. Ordering was a breeze with next day delivery via Dpd courier service, The whole transaction from start to finish was flawless. I highly recommend this product for anyone wanting an elite class dehumidifier. A++++++

2nd Meaco dehumidifer we've purchased, previous one was a smaller 12L one and this one it's big brother being the 25L version.
The bigger version will suit our needs better being a 4 bedroom house and with its primary function to dry clothes (don't like tumble dryers) will do things more efficiently and quicker.

With its extra capacity, it should be ideal for a 4 bedroom home and make drying the washing quicker and more efficient, without needing a tumble dryer. We hope it makes laundry day a lot easier 🌀

Quality product and outstanding customer service
We did look at your product at another outlet, which was £15 more expensive, so thought why not go direct. Fortunately, we did and it was a seamless service from beginning to end. I realised I needed our delivery address changing and sent an email the night before, the following morning a customer service advisor called me to advise they could do this and push the delivery on for the next day, which was very helpful. The lady was efficient, friendly and helpful.

I purchased my 3 daughters 1 each as they have just had babies and thought it would help for drying all the clothes.
Yes they have dryers, underfloor heating etc but are expensive to run.
They were apprehensive saying mum I won't use it !! But guess what they absolutely 💯 love them !!
Hate to say but mum's can sometimes be right !! Saving their daughters money 💰

I think MEACO is a bit of a star
I think MEACO, apart from having an absolutely wonderful product, has the quickest and most efficient order, processing and delivery service - outstanding. And good paper based packaging too Does not make the punter jump through hoops and I wish they would give lessons to other companies I am currently dealing with!

This small but mighty unit helps dry laundry and now keeps what was very cold hallway dry and comfortable for a very small outlay in hourly costs. Slightly noisy perhaps, but all in all worth it.

Great service, excellent product
I found Meaco Dehumidifiers through a Google search and ordered the MeacoDry Arete One 20L Dehumidifier and Air Purifier on a Wednesday evening at around 8pm. It arrived by lunchtime the following day. The website has plenty of useful information, which made it easy to decide which model to buy.
We’re only a week in, but the quality looks excellent and it’s a massive improvement on the cheap Screwfix model we had before. It also comes with a 5-year warranty, which gives real peace of mind.
Great service and an excellent product. I’d happily recommend them.

Great product
Swift order and delivery service. Clear instructions to follow. The clothes drying function works a treat. Didn't think I'd try the Meaco App functionality, glad I did! Effortless to check and adjust the settings. Although quite heavy, the excellent wheels allow the dehumidifier to glide easily from room to room. Would highly recommend.

Ordered at 22.05
Ordered at 22.05, delivered lunchtime the following day! I borrowed my sons dehumidifier last year and bought my own the same day as returning his - that's how good this product is. I use it to dry my washing in the winter - hung on an airer, over the bath, dry in 13 hours = result with no damp or musty smell. Fabulous piece of kit at a good price.
