You did not fulfil my order
The Dehumidifier i ordered could not be delivered and unfortunately resulted in me having to make a purchase from another manufacturer. Having previously purchased an air conditioner unit from meaco i was keen to deal with them again, so found this situation deeply frustrating

Hi Alan,
We're very sorry we were unable to fulfil your order and we completely understand your disappointment, particularly as you were left waiting for a refund and ultimately had to purchase elsewhere.
Unfortunately, an issue with our ordering system meant we were unable to process your order successfully due to a problem recognising your delivery address. We fully acknowledge that this was an issue on our side, and we're genuinely sorry we let you down.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding not being offered an alternative model, and we're sorry we weren't able to provide a more helpful solution at the time.
We understand you've now purchased from another manufacturer, but we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. This certainly wasn't the experience we wanted you to have with us.
Best wishes,
Elise

Excellent!
Would highly recommend this company. I recently ordered a dehumidifier/air purifier for drying my washing during the winter months. I was given great advice on a suitable one to buy by the person I spoke to on the phone: very courteous and helpful. 5 year warrantly is a big plus too!

What a wonderful experience
What a wonderful experience! I have been looking for Meaco filter for my Arete Two 12l and it's out of stock everywhere, including Meaco's own website. I found a couple of resellers but they have raised the prices significantly and charging hefty price for shipping too. By luck I found Meaco Dehumidifiers website. It not only matched the price on the Meaco's website, but also offered free shipping without minimum purchase! On the top of it, next day delivery!!! Wow! I didn't believe it until next morning I got a text from DPD that they will deliver this lunchtime! It all arrived in a great condition, and with the genuine product inside. If that's not an outstanding service, I don't know what is! Will definitely keep buying from them in the future! Strongly recommended!

Very nice dehumidifier.
Easy to order. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Really good instruction booklet and guidance. So far so good, working very well. Easy to set up and to use. Lots of nice touches, handles to carry whole unit and the water tank. Window at the front to see how full the tank is getting and the ability to push the unit against a wall and still have the filter working. Well made and looks good.
