Good service
Ordered Saturday afternoon, arrived Tuesday. No issues with delivery. It's a present, but recipient says it was easy to set up and so far everything is grand.
Was slightly confused that delivery emails came from a different company, particularly when that company has poor Trust Pilot reviews but we had absolutely no issues and very happy with the service we received from Meaco Dehumidifiers.

Great dehumidifier
Needed one as the house gets a bit damp, especially during wet weather. Ordered the 12L Low Energy one directly from their website and was really impressed with how simple the whole process was. It arrived within just a few days.
Really happy with how quiet it is and how much water it actually collects. We opted for the Meaco as it’s inexpensive to run and reasonably priced. The air in the house feels so much better and it dries the washing really well in laundry mode.

Quiet and effective
Really happy with the dehumidifier. I love the transparent strip on the tank, which makes it easy to see how full it is, and it’s very quiet when running.
My only downsides are that it doesn’t have wheels, making it less convenient to move between rooms, and there’s only a grip on one side, which makes it a little awkward to carry. Overall, a great, quiet dehumidifier.

Hi Xenia,
Really useful feedback, especially about the tank window and how quietly it runs. We appreciate your comments about moving it between rooms too, and it’s good to know you’re still so happy with its overall performance💧

Jess
It works
It works! I use this for when I have to dry my laundry indoors, especially during the winter months. The room I use smells like a launderette and was worried about the moisture it creates. The dehumidifier I bought has a laundry setting which helps dry the washing more quickly. I recommended this to a friend whose house suffers with condensation. She bought the same model and is really pleased with it. The one thing she found is that her pot plant was drying out; so she will have to regulate the dehumidifier to balance the humidity... or water it more!

Hi Sue,
Sounds like the laundry setting is getting plenty of use and making indoor drying much easier! Even better that you recommended it to a friend and she’s just as pleased with hers. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! 😊

ABC 12L dehumidifier
I bought the ABC 12L dehumidifier. The overall delivery was smooth. My initial few days of usage however is just about okay. I have used the laundry mode which is the main reason I bought it but it works well only on thin fabrics. For a couple of other heavy fabrics, I wasn't able to dry it even after running the laundry mode twice which is 6hrs each.

Hi SP,
We're pleased your delivery went smoothly, although we're sorry the laundry mode hasn't quite met your expectations so far.
Drying times can vary depending on the fabric, amount of laundry and conditions in the room, with heavier fabrics naturally taking longer. We hope you continue to find the dehumidifier useful🧺
Best wishes,
Elise

Brill
Super quick delivery. Unit is compact and sleek. The app seems really simple to use. Gone are the “are the clothes damp or just cold” questions, laundry mode leaves everything dry in a cycle and far cheaper and better for clothes than the tumble dryer

My 2nd meaco. I love it.
This is my 2nd meaco dehumidifier.
I also have a 20l which I have had for last 7 years. It is on permanently. I love it. I live in a high humidity area in an old stone house. Before I got it.
Items from wardrobe had foosty smell. Leather items that hadn't been used for while had mould.
Now I have no probelm. It collects a lot of moisture over late summer, early autumn.
Could probably just have on these months but it is so cheap to run. It wakes up checks humidity and goes back to sleep if all OK.
Great when drying washing in the house.
I wanted a small portable for my bedroom with ensuite. This 6 litre is perfect.
Light, easy to operate, quiet, unobtrusive, cheap to run, easy to empty, so satisfying seeing the water it has collected and prevented going into my clothes.
What's not to like.

Hi Norma,
What a great read! It’s brilliant to hear how much of a difference your Meaco has made over the years, especially in an older stone house where managing humidity can be a challenge. It sounds like the 6L has been the perfect addition for your bedroom and ensuite too. We especially love hearing how useful you find it for laundry and keeping moisture away from your clothes. Here’s to many more years of putting both machines to good use! 💧🏡

Jess
