My 2nd meaco. I love it.
This is my 2nd meaco dehumidifier.
I also have a 20l which I have had for last 7 years. It is on permanently. I love it. I live in a high humidity area in an old stone house. Before I got it.
Items from wardrobe had foosty smell. Leather items that hadn't been used for while had mould.
Now I have no probelm. It collects a lot of moisture over late summer, early autumn.
Could probably just have on these months but it is so cheap to run. It wakes up checks humidity and goes back to sleep if all OK.
Great when drying washing in the house.
I wanted a small portable for my bedroom with ensuite. This 6 litre is perfect.
Light, easy to operate, quiet, unobtrusive, cheap to run, easy to empty, so satisfying seeing the water it has collected and prevented going into my clothes.
What's not to like.

Hi Norma,
What a great read! It’s brilliant to hear how much of a difference your Meaco has made over the years, especially in an older stone house where managing humidity can be a challenge. It sounds like the 6L has been the perfect addition for your bedroom and ensuite too. We especially love hearing how useful you find it for laundry and keeping moisture away from your clothes. Here’s to many more years of putting both machines to good use! 💧🏡
Kind Regards,
Jess

The delivery service DPD didn’t knock I…
The delivery service DPD didn’t knock I was in, they just left my delivery by the gate near the road- someone took it 😢 and despite DPD acknowledging this fact and there driver going for further training, I’m still being told this is being investigated so 6 days later I still have no dehumidifier and despite requests of timelines of their investigation- nothing 😢😢

Hi Rachael,
We're very sorry for the experience you've had with the delivery of your dehumidifier, and we completely understand how frustrating it is to still be without your order.
As DPD have confirmed the circumstances surrounding the delivery, an investigation does need to be completed and we unfortunately have to allow the required six-day investigation period. We do, however, want to reassure you that this will be resolved and you won't simply be left without your order or a refund.
I'm going to look into the progress of the investigation for you and see whether there's anything we can do to help move things along as quickly as possible.
Best wishes,
Elise

Fantastic dehumidifier
Very impressed with the ease of ordering and speed of delivery. Ordered on a Monday evening and it arrived the next day by lunchtime. Really happy with how quiet the dehumidifier is and how much water it collects. The air in my old house feels so much better and it dries the washing very efficiently in laundry mode.
