It was delivered within 1 day of the order being placed, and at the time nominated.

Ordered two of the same model of…
Ordered two of the same model of dehumidifier and only one arrived. Phoned up customer service and the missing item was reordered and turned up 2 days later, which was fairly inconvenient for me. I’d ordered originally because of the promise of next day delivery. Items seem ok though.

I have not had a dehumidifier before…
I have not had a dehumidifier before but chose this one because it had a good rating for being quiet. However I notice besides the low noise there is a knocking sound. Is that normal?

We're pleased you've chosen the MeacoDry Arete One 12L. As it's a compressor dehumidifier, some sounds from the compressor and refrigerant can be normal, particularly when the compressor starts or stops. Meaco specifically notes that some vibration and refrigerant movement noises during start-up and shut-down are normal 😊
However, a distinct or persistent knocking sound isn't something we'd want to dismiss without checking. We'd recommend getting in touch with us or Meaco directly directly so we can establish exactly when the knocking occurs and help determine whether what you're hearing is normal operation or something that needs further investigation.

Absolutely over the moon with it
Absolutely over the moon with it. We live close to the sea and suffer from condensation. I switched it on for the first time last night just to try it out and see how quiet it was. I was amazed at how much water it collected as I felt my bedroom was very dry. It was extremely quiet and didn’t interfere with my sleep at all. So glad I bought it. It was delivered the day after I bought it and the packaging was top quality I was very impressed.

The best dehumidifier and outstanding customer service. Next day delivery arrived super quickly. Purchasing process is very easy and dehumidifier has a 5 year warranty that is very easy to register. This is our second dehumidifier from Meaco and I believe these are the best on the market. Solid company that I thoroughly recommend!

I have had 4 Meaco 12lr dehumidifyer in 4 years 2 of them were great but the last 2 have leaked and I took 5 year guarantee out, Customer no service want to blame me saying in effect I mustnt have cleaned it and want to charge me 25 pounds to clean it, This one I havent even had a year yet but you are refusing me a repair or replacement, very very bad none service, shame they are really good machines, Ann Hastings

The Meaco one arete 12L dehumidifier is a great buy. It dries clothes so much quicker and at just under 4p an hour to run is a no brainer. Would definitely recommend!

I ordered a “Which” reviewed dehumidifier before 6pm yesterday, expecting it to come sometime next week.
It arrived before 2:30pm today!
Who are these guys? Stanstead AirPort should employ them to teach Stanstead what professional efficiency is!
