I was recommended your company & this particular machine by my Plumber. Since using my dehumidifier I am finding a difference.
I received my order within two days & this was followed up by an email from the company to ensure all was well.
I would recommend this company.

Good communication
Once ordered I was kept informed. The only reason i didn’t give it 5 stars was because it came a day later than what it said when I ordered it. it said next day delivery but it came the day after

Ordered late on a Friday evening and arrived on the Saturday! What’s not to love! Easy process too. Only slight negative is the incredibly unclear tracking notification from Love Shop Dir. Thought I’d ordered a whole different type of product!

It works very well !
I ordered the dehumidifier for my garden office I’ve just had built, and as I work with printers and paper I needed to keep it fairly dry. I ordered my machine and it arrived - nice, compact and neat, it was delivered the next day and I literally unboxed - plugged it in and within a few hours had emptied my 1st lot of water ! Love it! It works well and I recommend.

So far so good
So far so good. Nice modern unit with easy to understand instructions. Even easier to use on the app, easy peasy to set up. I’m using it to dry washing in a bedroom. Very quiet. I had one previously which was whirring, this one is much quieter.

I decided on this product because it was recommended to me by a family member
I decided on this product because it was recommended by a family member and it really is excellent. Wish I had got one sooner. Within a few hours it had substantially reduced the humidity in our bathroom. It isn't noisy and is easy to use. Does exactly what it states! Also was delivered on time.
